82nd HR Kurakani organized on “International HR practices and way forward for Nepal”

Kathmandu, 27 August (2019) – Real Solutions, an ISO: 9001:2015 certified Human Resource Consulting company, in partnership with Society of Human Resources Management-SHRM organized a half day Interactive knowledge sharing program on “International HR practices and way forward for Nepal” among 150 Human Resources Professionals and Enthusiasts in Hotel Royal Singi, Kathmandu.

The program aimed to create an open dialogue among Nepalese HR Professionals about ways to learn and exercise international HR Practices. A Panel Discussion of HR Experts representing renowned national and multinational organizations of Nepal, shared knowledge and insights on international HR Practices which Nepalese organizations can adapt and get prepared to meet global standards. HR Professionals representing different organizations participated actively by asking questions to the Panelists and interacting with each other.

Radhika Jaggi, Business Head – East and Neighbouring Countries for SHRM highlighted the opportunities and benefits for Nepalese Professionals/ organizations to join global HR network offered by SHRM through membership and skill upgradation programs such as SHRM CP and SCP Certification Courses.
