Minister Bhatta excoriates Prachanda
Kathmandu, 8 January (2021) - Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies Lekhraj Bhatta excoriated Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" for being indifferent to the plights of martyrs, wounded and disabled Maoist activists.
Addressing a mass gathering organized by Oli group in Dhangadhi on Friday, he also alleged that Prachanda backstabbed the Maoist legacy.
"Prachanda didn't care about martyr families. Former Maoist activists are toiling at gulf countries and India. How can he talk about Maoist legacy?" Bhatta asked. "If anyone is a red traitor it is Prachanda."
Prachanda was asked to prepare for party convention but he devised plots to split the party, Bhatta alleged.
