Advocate Shrestha and justices spar during hearing
Kathmandu, 15 January (2021) - Senior Advocate Raman Shrestha and justices have sparred in the course of hearing on writ petitions against dissolution of House of Representatives on Friday.
Shrestha said that letter from the Office of the President and the cabinet's decision copy was returned by the court.
His mike was muted as he was speaking.
After that Shrestha and justices in the bench exchanged verbal duels.
Shrestha asked whether the returned file has again arrived at the Supreme Court or not and suspected that the file could have been changed.
Constitutional bench of the Supreme Court is hearing cases against disbandment of the parliament.
