Hearing on cases against dissolution of parliament postponed for Friday
Kathmandu, 28 January (2021) - Hearing on writ petitions against dissolution of House of Representatives in the Supreme Court has been postponed for Friday due to scarcity of time.
Advocate Krishna Bhakta Pokharel was presenting arguments in the constitutional bench when the hearing was postponed for Friday.
A dozen writ petitions were filed in the top court against the government's decision to disband the parliament. The constitutional bench is continuously hearing the petitions.
