Party signboards with "NCP" being replaced with "CPN-UML" across country
Kathmandu, 8 March (2021) - Following the Supreme Court's verdict on Sunday that revived CPN-UML, party activists have started to replace signboards and flags. "NCP" has been replaced with "CPN-UML".
CPN-UML's flag has been flown at the then CPN-UML office buildings "Madan-Ashrit Bhawan".
Flag and board after the unification have been replaced with CPN-UML's flag and signboard in Biratnagar and Hetauda.
Issuing the verdict on the dispute about the party name, the Supreme Court annulled the party unification and put both parties CPN-UML and Maoist Centre in status quo ante.
Oli group has been changing office board and flag while Dahal-Nepal group is undecided.
Dahal-Nepal group has called for standing committee meeting at 3 pm today.
