Prachanda holds discussion with JSP leaders to form new government

Kathmandu, 10 March (2021) - Chairman of CPN Maoist Centre Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" held discussions with Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Mahanta Thakur and Rajendra Mahato at Parisdanda on Wednesday.
Prachanda's press assistant Bishnu Sapkota confirmed the discussion among leaders.
Standing Committee meeting of Maoist Centre has decided to take further initiatives to make alliance with Nepali Congress and JSP to form new government.
Prachanda met NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba and JSP leader Baburam Bhattarai on Tuesday to gain support for new government.
Maoist Centre has decided to keep supporting KP Oli-led government before a new coalition is formed.
