JSP top brass to meet PM Oli today
Kathmandu, 11 March (2021) - Top five leaders of Janata Samajwadi party (JSP) are set to meet Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Thursday.
The meeting today at party's central office in Balkumari, Lalitpur decided to meet PM Oli and discuss with him about the party's demands, Chairman Mahantha Thakur told Lokantar.
JSP's Federal Council Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, Chairmen duo Mahantha Thakur and Upendra Yadav as well as senior leaders Ashok Rai and Rajendra Mahato attended the meeting.
All these five leaders are to meet PM Oli.
"We are about to meet PM Oli at 5 pm and discuss with him about the release of Resham Chaudhary as well as other issues," Thakur told Lokantar.
He also said that the party treats UML, Congress or Maoists equally.
JSP is the fourth biggest party in the parliament and other parties are courting it to form new government.
