Karnali CM wins trust motion
Kathmandu, 16 April (2021) - Maoist-led government in Karnali Province has won trust motion on Friday with the support from Nepali Congress and floor-crossing UML Members of Provincial Assembly (MPA).
Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi received 22 votes in 40-member provincial assembly.
Four MPAs from CPN-UML flouted the party whip to vote for CM Shahi. They are Prakash Jwala, Kurma Raj Shahi, Ammar Bahadur Thapa and Nanda Singh Budha.
