PM Oli proposes to build a national government for elections
Kathmandu, 23 May (2021) - Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said that a national government can be formed to conduct elections.
Addressing a programme organized by Press Chautari on Sunday, Oli proposed to hold parliamentary elections under a national government that he will lead.
He said, "A national government can be formed on the basis of the proportionate weightage of the parties in the parliament and that government can conduct elections. This will be done along the lines of democratic system and conduct. I shall hold free and fair elections that will be observed by national and international observers."
