UML continues with 70-year age limit for executives in party
Kathmandu, 3 October (2021) - CPN-UML is to continue 70-year age limit for executive office holders in the party.
The party statute will have a provision of allowing anyone file candidature for the office holder till the age of 70. The person can complete the tenure even if s/he turns 70 during the tenure, Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Poudel said.
He also informed that the provision allowing a person to become candidate in the same level of executive post more than twice will continue.
