RSS to offer video service

Kathmandu, 12 July (2022) - The Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) is operating video service soon in course of diversifying its news services.
An agreement to this effect was reached between the RSS and the Film Crew Nepal Pvt Ltd, Naxal in the presence of RSS (National News Agency)'s Executive Chairperson Dharmendra Jha at the RSS Central Office here today.
RSS General Manager Siddha Raj Rai and Film Crew Nepal's Marketing Manager Manish Prasain signed on the agreement on behalf their respective agencies.
The materials for the RSS Visual Service being operated at the request of television channels as well as online media in Nepal would be produced and distributed from the news agency's studio at the Central Office.
Instituted on Fagun 7, 2018 BS, the state-run National News Agency has been offering national and international news in the Nepali and English language, photo and audio services to its subscribers.
