Prachanda registers emphatic win in Gorkha-2

Kathmandu, 24 November (2022) - CPN-Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" has registered an emphatic win from Gorkha constituency no. 2.
Prachanda received 26,103 votes while his closest rival Kabindra Burlakoti of Rastriya Swatantra Party garnered 12,637 votes.
Abdus Miya of CPN-UML tallied 7,393 votes.
A total of 54,031 votes were cast in the constituency.
