Yeti Airlines crash: Doctor couple also among passengers

Kathmandu, 15 January (2023) - Dr Sushil Shrestha and his wife Dr Sona Diwarak are also among the passengers onboard in Yeti Airlines plane that crashed in Pokhara Sunday.
Dr Shrestha was a practicing orthopaedic surgeon in National Trauma Centre, Kathmandu.
Centre Director Rudra Marasini said that an infant was also with the couple.
Shrestha had gone to Pokhara with his family on a vacation.
The plane crashed at 10:51 am at Seti gorge in Pokhara.
Sixty eight passengers and four crew members were onboard the plane.
