Yeti Airlines crash: Government forms 5-member inquiry commission

Kathmandu, 15 January (2023) - Government has formed a five-member inquiry commission to investigate plane crash in Pokhara Sunday.
Emergency Cabinet meeting formed the inquiry commission under the coordination of former secretary Nagendra Ghimire.
Government Spokesperson Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel said that the inquiry commission has been provided 45 days to submit the report into the crash.
He also informed that there will be a public holiday tomorrow to commemorate the crash victims.
Poudel said that a call centre will be established at Tribhuvan International Airport for accurate information and necessary arrangements have also been made for the relatives to take the bodies of the deceased for last rites.
