UML decides to take action against its 14 members of parliament
Kathmandu, 17 August (2021) - CPN-UML has decided on Tuesday to take action against its 14 members of parliament.
The party sent a letter to the parliament secretariat to remove them from the post of parliamentarian. One UML leader said that Election Commission too has been notified about the decision.
UML parliamentary party meeting in parliament premises in New Baneshwor arrived at the decision to take action against senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal and MPs loyal to him.
Apart from Nepal, Ram Kumari Jhakri, Birodh Khatiwada, Jeewan Ram Shrestha, Krishna Lal Maharjan, Met Mani Chaudhary and others have faced action from the party.
