Nepal wins three bronze medals in ASBC Asian Youth and Junior Boxing Championship

Kathmandu, 25 August (2021) - Nepal has won three bronze medals in the ASBC Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships underway in United Arab Emirates. In 54 kg junior group (men), Chhiring Wangdi Sherpa won a bronze.
He defeated Mohammad Alijeni of Kuwait 5-0. Likewise, Swastika Tiruwa and Narika Rai won bronze medals. Tiruwa competed in 52 kg junior group (women), while Rai in 57 kg category, said Coach Dambar Datta Bhatta.
