SC reinstates Rajkumar Chhetri as Civil Aviation DG
Kathmandu, 13 February (2022) - The Supreme Court (SC) of Nepal has issued an interim order to refrain from implementing the decision of mandatory retirement of Rajkumar Chhetri from the post of Director General (DG) of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.
The single bench of Bam Kumar Shrestha on Sunday issued the order against the implementation of the decision taken on 7 January.
The court has also summoned both the sides for discussion and fixed next date of hearing to be held on 21 February.
Chhetri had filed a petition at the SC after government appointed Pradeep Adhikari to the post of DG.
