Janamat Party unhappy to get water ministry

Kathmandu, 17 January (2023) - Janamat Party has expressed dissatisfaction in the distribution of ministries in federal cabinet.
The party has been offered Ministry of Water Supply. But it has warned that it will quit government over this offer.
Abdul Khan of Janamat Party was appointed minister without portfolio earlier.
"They have offered me ministry of water supply," Khan told Lokantar. "I won't stay in government with this ministry. The party will decide whether it will remain in the government or not."
Khan didn't show up at the oath taking ceremony for new ministers Tuesday.
